The rental conditions are deemed accepted by the customer at the
time of the order confirmation.
RentaStrollerinRome agrees to rent equipment approved by law.
The items hired will be delivered to the customer in perfect working order, clean and sanitized.

The customer is required to check the condition of the equipment at the time of delivery, we do not accept liability for defects or issues arisen at a later stage.
The customer must return the rented items in the same condition in which you received them, any item damaged, broken, lost or stolen must be compensated by the
customer up to a maximum equal to the market value of the product in question.
RentaStrollerinRome is not in any way responsible for damage or injury caused by: breakages,
malfunctions, defects in technical characteristics attributable
to the manufacturer, neglect or misuse
of the articles hired by the customer.
The delivery and collection will be conducted at
the place and time agreed with the
customer.
The reservation of rented
equipment must be made 48 hours in advance (two days) of the date and time of rental start.
Last minute bookings (within 48 hours or 2 days) from the hire date and the start time an extra 10 € is payable (when possible to satisfy your requests).
The reservation will be deemed as successful only after the customer has received the confirmation email, sent by info@rentastrollerinrome.com.

The delivery and collection are free in the centre of Rome and within the G.R.A. (Ring Road),
deliveries and collections outside the G.R.A. (Ring Road) will incur in a surcharge to be agreed prior to the hire agreement, delivery and collections at any of the Rome airports carry € 10 charge each way (only delivery or collection only € 10, delivery and collection € 20).

Cancellations received less than 48 hours earlier than the expected delivery will incur in a penalty of 30% of the order fee.
For
booking cancellations received less than 24 hours earlier than the expected delivery a fee equal to the 50% of the order is payable by the customer.
For cancellations resulting from the non-collection on the day and at the time agreed (with a maximum tolerance of 1 hour) without having received any communication from the customer
the total amount of the order is payable.
No refunds or partial refunds will
be provided in the event of early termination from the customer.
Any extension of the rental shall
be agreed beforehand with as much notice as possible.
The data provided by you will be treated by RentaStrollerinRome in respect of Art. 13 of Law n. 196/2003,
the customer when confirming the order declares to have read this information, to be responsible for the authenticity of declared data and gives consent to the processing of personal data.

The present Contract is regulated by Italian law. In case of
dispute the court of jurisdiction shall be exclusively that of Rome (Rome, Italy).
